Pure Naturist Therapy
Session signature: A deeply relaxing full body naturist massage for you to receive wellbeing and feel revived
Description: A full body naturist massage using relaxing Swedish massage techniques. You have the option to have intimate Lingam massage included or not

Classic Tantric Massage
Session signature: A mindful, fully present in the moment and nurturing session to explore tantric massage, offered in the spirit of authentic tantra
Description: A full body massage combining tantric massage techniques with Swedish massage, including intimate massage. Includes eye gazing, breath work, cuddling and intimate holding. People are at different stages of their acceptance and comfort with breath work and eye gazing, these elements can be adapted for your session
For example a tantric session could be, we begin by sitting facing each other on floor cushions, eye gazing, breath work, light and loving touch across your body as we face each other. Then my touch gives you a good massage on a professional massage table, whilst you lay on your front. Relaxing your whole being. I have a massage qualification (ITEC 3). Whilst you are on your front there will be some strokes now and then to excite you, and body to body massage. That’s the more relaxing massage part of the session and good preparation for a deep and euphoric release. A core theme in tantra is loving touch, uniting the whole body, enabling the person to feel connected as a whole, and transferring energy throughout the body through breath and touch. Then when you turn over and lay on your back, massage across your front, eye gazing, breath work, intimate hold and cuddling, then lots of build up, coming up to climax a number of times before the final release. Tantra is not goal orientated, the key is to open ourselves to savour intimate joyful and nurturing touch.

5 senses meditation with tantric massage: This session combines the Classic Tantric Massage with a meditation that engages with the 5 senses of taste, touch, scent, sight and sound. This meditation can be used to enhance awareness of the senses and mindfulness, living in the moment
Honouring the male body meditation with tantric massage: This session combines the Classic Tantric Massage with a meditation that recognises and honours your body in stages. Fully honouring each part of your body with touch, meditation and spoken affirmations. Includes Lingam meditation, from base to tip. This meditation can be used to develop an acceptance and affirmation of the male body
Kundalini meditation with tantric massage: This session combines the Classic Tantric Massage with a meditation that recognises the energy within the body, and visualises moving energy through the body. This meditation can be used to develop greater body awareness
Tantric massage tuition: This session is for a man to learn how to give a tantric massage for the female body. I will teach you step by step within the session and you can practice each step with me on my body. This tantric tuition can be used to become a mindful and affectionate partner
